Fly out at midday, darshan by evening

The whole point of this tour: you leave Chennai after breakfast and are standing before Baba the same evening.

Report at Chennai airport, two hours before departure. Coordinator meets you at the entrance with boarding assistance.
Flight departs Chennai. Packed vegetarian lunch handed over at the gate.
Land at Shirdi.
Baggage collected, AC vehicle leaves the airport.

Before you book

How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-one days or more before departure. Booked within that window, a short-notice supplement applies, as airfares rise sharply close to the date. Booked earlier, you pay the fixed fare shown on this page. For Guru Purnima, Ram Navami, Vijayadashami and the Dussehra period, book two months ahead — Shirdi fills completely on those dates.
Is the darshan pass really guaranteed?
We book Sansthan darshan slots in advance for every pilgrim and time your arrival around them. On exceptionally heavy festival days the Sansthan can change queue arrangements at short notice; if that happens our coordinator is physically there with your group to work it out on the spot.
My parents are elderly. Can they manage this trip?
Yes — most of our pilgrims are senior citizens. We arrange wheelchair assistance at stations and at the mandir, keep hotel rooms on lower floors where possible, reserve seats near the door, and pace the days with rest built in. Please tell us about mobility needs, diabetes or any medical condition when you book so we can plan around it.
What is not included in the price?
Personal expenses, pooja and archana tickets bought at the temple, prasad and shopping, laundry, and any travel insurance. Anything optional is quoted to you before it is booked — nothing gets added to your bill during the trip.
Can you arrange a private tour for just my family?
Yes. Private departures run on your dates with your own vehicle and coordinator. Pricing depends on group size and the hotel category you choose — send us your dates and the number of travellers and we will send a quote the same day.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 15 days before departure are refunded in full, less any airline cancellation charges already levied. Between 15 and 7 days, a part of the advance is retained. Within 7 days, refunds depend on what we can recover from the hotel and the carrier. The exact terms go into your booking confirmation in writing.
How do I pay?
An advance confirms your seat, with the balance due before departure. We accept UPI and bank transfer, and issue a receipt for every payment. Never pay to a personal account that has not been confirmed by us in writing.
